Legal Conveyancing Secretarial
Salary £22,000 - £25,000 (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)
(Conveyancing knowledge required)
We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time secretary in our busy and growing Residential Conveyancing Department.
- Audio/copy typing, dealing with client and professional telephone enquiries.
- File setups and maintenance, preparing and checking standard documents within Case Management system, preparing quotes for clients.
- Preparing Land Registry applications and searches, diary management and general administration duties.
- Excellent IT, telephone and team working skills are required
- Conveyancing knowledge required.
- Case management experience and use of Land Registry and HMRC systems is preferred but training will be provided.
Salary negotiable depending on experience plus other company benefits.
