Job Description

My client works within the legal sector and provides specialist advice on Estates. They are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their growing team based in Oxfordshire on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Practice Director. You will work as part of a team under the supervision of the Principle Legal Secretary. You will have audio-typing experience and excellent overall administrative skills as you will be typing letters and monthly reports. You will always be able to maintain confidentiality of information. And will also have a professional telephone manner and the ability to communicate at all levels as you will answer the switchboard, transfer calls and take messages accurately to pass on to the relevant person. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, escorting them to the relevant meeting room. You will also arrange meetings and appointments as well as sorting incoming mail and outgoing mail. You will add, update and maintain confidential documents on Osprey Approach.

The ideal candidate will have excellent typing, audio typing and IT skills as well as good telephone manner. If you demonstrate these skills in your past roles you should apply!
