Job title: Legal Secretary - Conveyancing
Hours: 40 hours a week - Monday - Friday
Location: Malvern
My client is a fast growing firm of Solicitors and due to phenomenal success they are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join their Conveyancing team. The business has a fantastic reputation for the development of their staff and creating a progressive and dynamic work environment.
Legal Secretary responsibilities:
" You will be responsible for audio typing, word processing and assisting with file management
" You will manage the work diary, answer phones and confirm appointments for clients and staff
" You will file and store confidential documents, retrieving client`s papers and files
" Adhere to the firm`s strict confidential policies regarding paperwork
" Additional administrative tasks when required
Legal Secretary Skills and Experience:
" Previous working history in a Conveyancing Legal Secretarial or Conveyancing Legal Administrative role essential
" You must be a competent audio typist with fast and accurate typing ability
" Experience supporting senior staff and associates
" Exceptional telephone manner and strong communication skills
" Must be comfortable working to tight deadlines and providing exceptional client and customer care
The Legal Secretary position offers a competitive basic salary. This will be an initially temporary position with the intention to go permanent following a probationary period.
