Job Description
Brook Street (UK) Limited is recruiting on behalf of our Legal Practice client based in Belfast City who are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to their expanding team.
The candidate hired will work within the Commercial Property Department will provide a comprehensive administrative and secretarial support function within the firm and to also provide high quality documents and correspondence to the department.
Our client is only interested in speaking to applicants with very strong Legal Conveyancing experience and has been in stable employment with no job hopping.
Responsibilities
* Audio typing using digital dictation, document processing and certificate searches.
* Processing of new client checks and all procedures included.
* Deeds scheduling and archiving.
* Diary management including but not limited to meetings, conference calls etc.
* Travel arrangements, and event organisation.
Essential Criteria
Must have previous hands on experience working in a Legal Conveyancing role
* Excellent audit typing and document production skills.
* High proficiency of using Microsoft office suite
