Brook Street is delighted to be working on behalf of our Belfast client to recruit a full time legal secretary to cover maternity leave, the position will be for a period of 8 - 12 months
The client is city centre based, close to all public transport links.
The post will involve mostly litigation but there any also be some conveyancing work included, audio word-processing using Microsoft Word, sending and receiving emails and other general office duties.
The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 3 years experience in a legal secretary role and you should have hands on litigation experience.
Consideration will be given to secretaries with experience in other legal disciplines.
Applicants must have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Candidates should be proficient with audio typing and have strong Microsoft office skills.
The salary for the role will depend on previous experience and will be circa £20,000
