Job Description
Are you an experience Legal Secretary with Personal Injury experience? Are you looking to work with an ambitious personal and serious injury solicitors who go the extra mile to deliver the best advice and service possible?
If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's main office in the Warrington area, you will have first hand Personal Injury experience within a Legal Secretary role alongside being able to work within a fast paced, demanding and changeable environment.

37.5 working hours with 8 - 5.30 being our core hours. The hours will fit into these, 8 - 5.30 for example wouldn't be the full day
Your day to day responsibilities for this role include:
Answering important telephone calls and dealing with enquiries.
Preparing and managing correspondence alongside legal documents which would include reports and court papers.
Taking accurate and detailed telephone messages
Organising and coordinating conferences, travel arrangements and meetings.
Taking, typing and distributing minutes of meetings.
Implementing and maintaining office systems.
Organising diaries and making appointments.
Handling incoming mail and other material as directed.
In order to apply for this position, you must have the following skills and experience:
Experienced in working as a legal secretary within the personal injury sector.
Knowledgeable and experienced working with relevant software applications such as Proclaim alongside spreadsheets, word processing and data management.
Knowledge of legal administrative and clerical procedures
Proven experience of producing legal and non legal documents alongside experience in information and communication management
Audio typing skills is also an essential part of this role.
