A highly reputable and recognised legal firm in Birmingham City Centre is seeking a time served Legal Secretary to provide expert secretarial support in their busy Private Client department.

Your main job will be to provide administrative and secretarial support to fee earners within the Private Client team - dealing with their case management systems, audio typing, filing and any other duties the fee earner will require.
Ideal candidates will have a successful working history in a similar role within a legal environment. You must have an excellent telephone manner and experience of dealing with clients on a face to face basis. Communication is key for a role like this - be confident in your ability to deal with clients and staff in a professional capacity.
To be considered for this role you must have strong audio typing ability and be a competent touch typist. Strong IT skills are needed - Word and Excel are a must. Experience with SOS is desirable, but not essential as some training can be given.
