Legal Secretary /P.A. - Litigation

Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a competent and confident legal secretary to join this well established and traditional law firm based in North London.

This role will be supporting the Partners and will require someone with excellent Microsoft IT skills and an accurate and fast typing speed.

The main duties of the role are outlined as follows:-
Production of correspondence in line with firm style
To open and create new client files
Daily liaison with clients
To manage all administrative/secretarial duties such as expense claims and cheque requisitions
To be able to liaise effectively at Partner level

This is a full time Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm or 9.30am to 5.30pm with excellent benefits
