Brook Street Recruitment are looking for an experience legal secretary or paralegal to work within an established firm based in Totton.

As a Paralegal in our Private Client Team, you will:

• Research legal issues related to private client matters.
• Help prepare and review wills, trusts, and other legal documents.
• Organise case files and legal documents.
• Communicate with clients, financial advisers, and other parties.
• Assist with probate and estate administration.
• Prepare reports and summaries of legal documents.
• Handle administrative tasks like scheduling meetings.

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Paralegal certification preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in private client services.
• Good understanding of estate planning, wills, and trusts.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
