My client is looking for a Legal Secretary/Receptionist in Truro, Cornwall. They are modern legal practice with traditional values.

If you are an experienced Legal Secretary with good organisation and communication skills this position may be right for you!

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial and admin support

Requirements:

Secretarial/ Receptionist experience, preferably within a legal practice


Need to be able to work under pressure and be a 'team player'.


Exceptional word processing skills, you should be confident in typing from digital dictation.

Duties:

Deal confidently and professionally with all clients both on the telephone and face to face.


To prepare correspondence and legal documents through audio and copy typing.


Liaising with clients face to face, over the phone and via email.


Paperwork including daily filing, opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files.


Managing general administrative support


To prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch.


To make appointments, arrange meetings and maintain diary

Salary - up to £20,000 depending on experience.
