Job title: Legal Secretary/Receptionist
Hours: 37.5 Monday- Friday
My client is highly successful and well-respected Legal Firm in Worcestershire that provides exceptional service to their clients across a range of legal areas. They currently have a rare but exciting opportunity for a Legal Secretary/Receptionist to join their friendly team on a full-time basis.
This position is to assist the fee earners within the Residential Conveyancing department.
Legal Secretary/Receptionist responsibilities:
" Audio typing and copy typing documents and confidential paper work
" Up-dating the on line case management system and setting up new files
" Supporting the solicitors with all conveyancing matters
" Greeting clients upon arrival at the main office reception, dealing with incoming calls and enquires
" Reception and administrative duties when required
Legal Secretary/Receptionist desired Skills and Experience:
" Minimum 1 year working within a legal firm as a secretary or assistant
" Strong administrative skills including fast and accurate tying ability
" Exceptional customer and client service skills
" Ability to manage a busy work load
" An understanding of residential conveyancing policies and procedures
The Legal Secretary position offers a salary of £16,000, pension contribution and additional company benefits.
