The Ministry of Defence - Leisure Attendant
Location: RAF Coningsby
Hours: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours)

Pay £10.35 p/h



The role will be based RAF Coningsby

The PED leisure attendant will be responsible for the day to day admin of the PED Flt facilities; this includes acting as the focal point for all clients and visitors to the PED Flt. The individual will assist with PED sports facilities maintenance and 100% stock checks. Dealing with PED general enquiries or booking requests either in person, electronically or by telephone. This role involves assisting with AT interventions paperwork, RAFFT admin and organisation including inputting stats onto JPA. The individual will assist with the maintenance of the AT and Sports store including all inventories.

The Temporary Worker will provide administrative support. He or she will follow set procedures and will exercise some independent judgement in carrying out instructions, under general supervision. Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to: Collating and analysing fairly complex information or data, submitting results in a written report Overseeing administrative procedures and processes Assisting with budget preparation and control, if required Acting as a administrative liaison with internal and / or external sources Preparing routine correspondence Typical qualifications and experience: Five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent) NVQ Business Administration Level 2 (or suitable clerical experience) Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office Good communication skills, both oral and written

On receipt of the appropriate qualifications the individual will be available to conduct Life-guarding, instruct Spinning, Boxercise, Yoga and Station Circuits, if required

The pay is £10.35 p/h
