Are you looking for a successful career as a Lettings Negotiator with opportunities to progress into a management position? Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator or come from a strong sales or customer service background?

You will be working for one of the most successful estate agencies in the local area, working as a Lettings Negotiator.

Some of the duties of this role are as follows:

" Deal with all incoming calls for the lettings department
" Visiting properties
" Organising viewings
" Meet and greet people entering the office
" Negotiating renewals and terms
" Cold calling
" Registering and referencing candidates

You must be able to deliver under pressure, with excellent organisational and time management skills. You will be expected to be well presented and confident in dealing with clients both in person and over the phone. Excellent communication and organisation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential. You must be a team player but also able to work on your own and use your own initiative. You will also be expected to own your own car and have a full UK driving license.

You will be working from 8:30am to 6:00pm every Monday, then 8:45am to 6:00pm Tuesday to Friday and alternate Saturdays working from 9am to 5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break.

You will be earning between £15,000 to £18,000 per annum depending on experience plus an attractive commission structure with 30 days holiday per annum and other perks.
