We are a leading Estate Agents looking for an experienced and energetic Lettings Negotiator to join our vibrant team based in the heart of Balham. We are offering a very competitive salary of £15,000 - £17,000pa with 10% lettings commission.

As our Lettings Negotiator you will be working from a warm desk. You will be provided properties to find tenants for. Once an offer has been agreed and deposit taken, the file will then be passed over to our Group Office Coordinator. As our negotiator you will be an integral member of our energetic successful team.
You will be joining a young, fresh and energetic team where there is plenty of laughter in the office and plenty of hard work to match.

As an ideal candidate you will have previous experience as a negotiator within an estate agents. You will be a confident, energetic out going person with a strong work ethic. A full drivers license is essential, as is a level of experience in the industry.

The salary for this role is £15,000 - £17,000pa depending on experience with 10% letting commission. We also have 2 incentive trips a year for top performers, including a winter trip skiing and a summer trip. We offer fuel allowance and can provide a company car if need be.
