Job Description

Lettings Administrator - £16,000- £20,000 per annum
Permanent Full Time
Monday - Friday 9.00am - 17.30, working one Saturday per month.

An exciting opportunity has come available to a hard-working and enthusiastic candidate looking for a Lettings Administration role within the property industry.

LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR SKILLS:

Take lettings enquiries by telephone - register applicants and book viewings/appraisals


High attention to detail
Experience in a very busy environment
Deal with property owners/tenants queries verbally and in written form
Draw up necessary documents for new tenancies
Arrange tenancy extension agreements
Liaise end of tenancy deposit release with landlord and tenant
Deal with any other property issues that may arise within the team
Key signing in and out and key tracking
General lettings administration and team work
Proficient with Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word
Tasks will include day to day Lettings Administration duties such as taking and resolving incoming calls, compiling and sending letters to tenants, updating files, data input, tenancy agreements etc.
