Lettings Administrator

Telford

Salary - £15,000 -£19,000pa DOE

A fantastic opportunity to join an established estate agency firm as a Lettings Administrator at one of their Telford sites. You will be joining a business where excellence is at the forefront of everything that they do too ensure that customers receive a quality service and experience.

This is a varied role and to be successful you will need the following

You

Will have a stable work history
Have a background in customer service
Be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be able to prioritise your work load to meet work demands
A background within the property sector would be advantageous but not essential


The Role


You will be answering incoming calls and signposting them to the appropriate person

This role will involve various admin tasks such as diary management, issuing tenancy agreements, completing new lettings applications and more.
You will take and register deposits in line with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme
Marketing new rental properties both using digital and non-digital platforms
Issue keys for newly let properties

This role will require the successful applicant to work one Saturday per month on a rota
