Job Description
If you have Administration or Customer Service experience, are confident and well organised this could be the perfect role for you as benefits would include: a great starting salary with review after 6 months, opportunity for overtime in busy periods paid at time and a half (which could add up to an extra £4500 p.a), some flexibility with hours - part time hours considered, some home working may also be considered, Christmas and Boxing day off and smart/casual dress code with dress down Fridays!
An independent Lettings Agency based in York City Centre is looking for a Lettings and Maintenance Co-ordinator. It is a small friendly team all working together to facilitate the smooth running of their rental properties.
The role will be varied with a mixture of office and occasional appointments outside of the office. The client is looking for someone ideally with a Full Driving Licence and own transport.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with some weekend working in peak seasons as required.
