An independent Lettings Agency based in York City Centre is looking for a Lettings and Maintenance Co-ordinator. It is a small friendly team all working together to facilitate the smooth running of their rental properties.
The role will be varied with a mixture of office and occasional appointments outside of the office. The client is looking for someone ideally with a Full Driving Licence and own transport.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with some weekend working in peak seasons as required.
