Job Description
Are you an experienced Lettings Administrator interested in progressing your skills within a well established Estate Agency? My client based within the West London area is looking for two candidates with a substantial amount of Administration experience within a Lettings role to join their team as soon as possible!
Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Salary: £25k - 26k
Requirements:
- Must have lettings coordinator or tenancy coordinator experience (at least 1-2 years)
- excellent customer service skills
- IT skills
- Close attention to detail
Key responsibilities:
- Arranging Gas Safety certificates and EPCS
- Submitting insurance claims
- Arranging photographs and floor plans
- Arranging check outs
- Drawing up tenancy agreements
- Referencing new tenants
- Booking check ins and outs
- Helping out the negotiators with admin duties
- Liaising with Landlords and Tenants for all documents
Person Specification:
- Must have excellent organisational skills
- Be able to prioritise
- Like to be kept on your feet
- Can-do, positive attitude
- Be able to work in a very fast paced environment
- Enjoys supporting a team
- Good Attention to detail
- Positive at all times
