Lettings Administrator / Coordinator

Job Description

My client based within the West London area are on the hunt for a Lettings Administrator. They are a well-established estate agency looking for ambitious candidates to join their vibrant team!

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Salary: £25k - 26k

Requirements:

  • Must have lettings coordinator or tenancy coordinator experience (at least 1-2 years)
  • excellent customer service skills
  • IT skills
  • Close attention to detail

Key responsibilities:

  • Arranging Gas Safety certificates and EPCS
  • Submitting insurance claims
  • Arranging photographs and floor plans
  • Arranging check outs
  • Drawing up tenancy agreements
  • Referencing new tenants
  • Booking check ins and outs
  • Helping out the negotiators with admin duties
  • Liaising with Landlords and Tenants for all documents

Person Specification:

  • Must have excellent organisational skills
  • Be able to prioritise
  • Like to be kept on your feet
  • Can-do, positive attitude
  • Be able to work in a very fast paced environment
  • Enjoys supporting a team
  • Good Attention to detail
  • Positive at all times
