Letting's Branch Manager
Working Hours: 9.30am - 5.30 Monday - Friday
Are you a Lettings branch manager looking for a new challenge within a growing company? Do you have at least 2 years experience at this level?
If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Working at the company`s main branch in the South Liverpool, you will have the experience in lettings to deal with management of over 150 properties that include a mix of student and Residential/AirBnB properties.

Your day to day duties for this role will include:
Managing the day to day running of the branch.
Liaising with all staff, contractors and landlords on a day to day basis.
Ensuring that the lettings process is implemented correctly from the start to finish.
Ensuring any maintenance issues are dealt with in both a effective and timely manner.
Carrying out regular one to one meetings with staff and directors.
Always delivering exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and experience:
A minimum of 2 years experience at a branch manager level.
Have a full, clean UK driving license and be a car owner.
Self-motivated and reliable.
Have exceptional attention to detail.
