Are you an experienced Estate Agent? Do you have proven experience generating new business? Looking for a new and exciting opportunity based in the heart of the city centre of Peterborough?

You will be working for one of the most successful estate agencies in the local area, as the companies Lettings Manager based in the Peterborough office.

You will be expected to manage the lettings team and guiding them to exceed targets. Some of the other responsibilities to this role are to:

" Generate new business
" Achieve sales call targets
" Business develop
" Build relationships with new and existing clients
" Liaise with other managers and directors

You will be working from 8:30am to 6:00pm every Monday, then 8:45am to 6:00pm Tuesday to Friday and alternate Saturdays working from 9am to 5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break.

You will be earning between £22,000 to £25,000 per annum depending on experience plus an attractive commission structure with 30 days holiday per annum and other perks.
