Job Description

Would you like to work for an Estate Agency in Cardiff that offers a great working environment ? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Manager on a Full Time basis.

We are recruiting for a Lettings Manager to join the Lettings team in Cardiff. You will be required to have experience within the lettings industry.


" Generate Leads
" Receive enquires via telephone, email,social media and secure initial meetings.
" Work alongside the Executive Lettings team to help drive business.
" Attend networking events
" Understand the industry, the brand & culture and help promote the business.
Required essential experience skills and qualifications
The successful candidate must have the following skills to be considered for this role

" Target Driven
" Great Leadership and management skills
" You hold a full clean driving licence (Essential)

  • Competent at conducting valuations.
  • A good negotiator.
  • Strong communication skills (clients, landlords ,tenants,colleagues).
