Do you have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in an Estate Agent? Are you ARLA qualified? Do you have a great knowledge of Boston, Lincolnshire? Do you have your own vehicle? If you answered yes, then your more than likely to be the perfect candidate...

You will be working for one of the most successful estate agencies in Lincolnshire.

You will be expected to manage a large team of 10 in the Lettings Department and guiding them to exceed targets. Some of the other responsibilities to this role are to:

" Generate new business
" Business develop
" Build relationships with new and existing clients
" Liaise with other managers and directors
" Oversee the team and keeping the team motivated
" Reporting weekly figures to the Senior Lettings Manager

You will receive on going support from the higher management and training as and when required.

You will be working from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. You will also be working 9:00am to 1:00pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays.

You will be earning between £20,000 to £22,000 per annum depending on experience plus an attractive commission structure with an OTE of £30,000 per annum. You will also benefit off free onsite parking, pension, travel expenses paid for & 28 days holiday plus bank holiday.
