Brook Street are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our Clients friendly team based in Patchway, Bristol! This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least a years experience in a similar role or a graduate with an interest in Property to start a new career!

As a Lettings Negotiator you will be jointly responsible for the managing of approximately 135 properties. Duties to include, undertaking viewings, property inspections, check out`s, move in`s, agreeing tenancies and tenancy preparation, dealing with maintenance, liaising with landlords and tenants.

Ideally you will be able to work as part of a team and also manage your own work load with the lettings department. It is desirable for the right candidate to have excellent communication skills and have a driving license to be considered for this role as a Lettings Negotiator.

The salary for the role as Lettings Negotiator is £16,000 - £20,000 depending on experience. There is also training opportunities for the right person.
