Responsibilities
We are recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join the Lettings team in Cardiff . You will be required to have Experience of working within the Estate Agency industry.

Duties

" Chasing up leads and generating new business.
" To complete accurate rental valuations with landlords advising on current legislation and regulations.
" To organise the Lettings Diary on a daily basis. Prepare all viewing lists ensuring tenants are provided with adequate notice for access.
" To confirm new rentals with landlord by telephone and in writing.

Required essential experience skills and qualifications
The successful candidate must have the following skills to be considered for this role

" Target driven and possess a strong work ethic
" Hold a full, clean driving licence (essential) as you will be driving company vehicles
" Saturdays are included within the role based on a rota system

Must Have experience within the Estate Agency Industry.
