Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator working for a growing company in the centre of York.

Your role will include:

Dealing with telephone, postal and email enquiries
Updating property information on housing management software
Refreshing window display
Data entry
Diary management
Organising viewings
Good working knowledge needed of Microsoft Office Package
Calling potential applicants for feedback after viewings
Building good working relationships with Landlords
Dealing with tenants throughout tenancy
Arranging replacement tenants
Keeping abreast of any maintenance issues
Facilitating contract signings
Quarterly review of marketing information
Dealing with council tax and utility bills
Assisting with check ins, check outs and house checks
Ensuring all issues raised are dealt with in a timely manner

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 9:30 - 17:30
Saturdays 9:30am - 2.30pm (on rota - time taken as Lieu or overtime paid)

During busy periods it is often a requirement that overtime is worked. This is paid at time and a half. This can be discussed further at interview stage.

In return you will receive a salary between 18,000-19,000, a fantastic working environment, potential salary increase after probation, progression within your career.
