The employer is looking to add to their wonderful team with an experienced lettings negotiator. The team is based in a stylish contemporary office in Bristol.

This lettings negotiator role is for a firm based on Gloucester road and are looking for someone who is well organised, a good telephone manner and sales experience!

Ideally previous experience of the property or a similar sales sector would be very advantageous. A full clean driving licence is essential and their own car.

Starting salary approximately £18,000- £25,000 depending on experience.
This basic salary will be further enhanced by a generous commission package for meeting set targets and a car and travel allowance.
