Do you have lettings experience within property and are looking to work with a leading, central Liverpool estate agents?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's branch in the central Liverpool area, you will be expected to perform all key duties as a Lettings Negotiator and have the flexibility to work weekends alongside having the enthusiasm and experience to excel in a role of this nature.

Working hours of 0930-1730 Mon-Fri being flexible to work between 0930-1600 on a Sat.

Day to day duties in this role include:

Building a key rapport with new & existing - via clear communication and a honest, sales approach.

Taking control and building your own pipelines of properties across the Merseyside area.

Face to face and telephone conversations in regard to reaching out about specific properties and matching existing clients portfolio's that would match a overseeing property.


In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:
At least 1-2 year's property experience - ideally in a lettings focused role.
Able to drive - this role will feature driving to specific properties so your own vehicle and driving licence is critical.
A good negotiator
Clear communicator - comfortable speaking to clients over the phone and in person
