My client have a variety of property rental services. They take great care and pride in the services that they offer, They cater for their client's every property need. You need to be an ambitious Lettings negotiator who is willing to work hard.

Good knowledge of the local area and market
Good all-round experience in generating new business / valuing / listings
Thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment
Full time role including Saturdays with a weekday off in lieu

Full, clean UK licence
Excellent negotiation skills
Good interpersonal and people skills
Be well-presented and professional in appearance
Excellent communication skills
Be self-driven and motivated and ability to work under pressure
Minimum of 2 year's agency experience required
