Job Description

We are an innovative market leading Estate Agents and we are looking for a driven Lettings Negotiator to join our thriving Blackheath Standard branch. We are offering £14,000-£18,000 basic with a very competitive commission structure.
We started off as a one office business office and have grown to now have over 300 employees in over 30 different offices. Although we have grown tremendously we continue to maintain our ethos that customer care is our priority.
As our Lettings Negotiator you will be working from a warm desk. You will be provided properties to find tenants for. Once an offer has been agreed and deposit taken, the file will then be passed over to our Property Management Team. As our negotiator you will be an integral member of our energetic successful team.
As an ideal candidate you will have a minimum of 6 months experience as a Negotiator within an estate agency. You will be a confident, outgoing person with a strong work ethic. We enjoy ourselves in the office with plenty of laughter but we also work hard to match it.

It is essential that you have a drivers license and your own car as you will be required to carry out viewings, we will however provide fuel allowance.

The salary for this role is £14,000 - £18,000pa with a very competitive commission structure, we also offer a bonus scheme on top of this and fuel allowance.

The working hours are 8am to 7pm Monday, 8.30am - 7pm Tuesday to Thursday, 8.30am - 5.30pm Friday and 9.30am - 5,30pm Saturday.
You will be required to work every Saturday with a day off during the week.
