Lettings office manager

20K - 25K

Coventry area

I am currently recruiting for a fantastic position as a letting's office manager for a busy estate agent in Coventry! Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.45 - 5.30 with alternative Saturdays 10 - 2. You must hold a full driving license and have access to own car. In this role you will be responsible for the lettings department ensuring a smooth operation.

Main duties (but not limited to):

- Ensuring all certificates are in date
- Dealing with property management, any issues that arise to be dealt with in a timely manner
- Arranging/preparing tenancy contracts and renewals
- Completing property inspections
- General day to day administration and answering queries
- Responding to emails and re directing emails as appropriate
- Ordering of stationary and consumables

Person specification, skills & experience:

- Full UK Driving licence and use of own car
- Professional & presentable
- Clear telephone manner
- Able to use own initiative
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Current property management and lettings experience
