This property company are looking for an experienced property Manager to join their team, someone who has proven success in lettings and property management and can hit the ground running.
The role and responsibilities will include:
"Tenant Liaison- First point of contact for all tenants, dealing with all queries on the phone, in person and online. Visiting properties to ensure all is in good order and dealing with any breaches.
"Lettings administration- Signing up new tenants and creating tenancy agreements, using Good-lord and Landlord property manager ensuring accurate and up to date records.
"Rent Collections- Ensuring tenants pay their rent on time and in full, chasing any arrears with guarantors.
"Front of house - Welcome tenants and visitors tot he office with exceptional customer service, taking pride of the company and yourself.
"Tenancy check ins and check outs- Managing peak times and ensuring everything is well organised and runs efficiently.
"Energy efficiency- You will be a green energy champion, ensuring the properties and tenants are running efficiently as they can.
Skills and Experience:
"1 years experience working in lettings (ideally in student accommodation)
"A can-do attitude, with strong work ethic
"Excellent verbal and written communication
"Friendly, positive personality with exceptional customer service
"Highly organised, with attention to detail
"Reliable, punctual and willing to support and cover others
"Proficient on all Microsoft and experience with a lettings software
This role is Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and some Saturdays may be asked of you during busy/peak periods. Salary of £19,000- £22,000 will depend on experience and skills upon successful interview process. If you feel this role is for you then please send your CV or give us a call today.
