We're proud to be working alongside a global insurance provider, with offices Based in Leeds. They're now looking for a Liability Adjuster to join their successful team on a permanent basis.

As a Liability Adjuster, you will come from an insurance background with experience of personal injury claims at a variety of values.
Working alongside multinational blue chip companies, it's essential you have in-depth claims experience with the ability to identify fraudulent activity, working to a high degree of accuracy.

This is a customer facing role, managing your own workload of claims from referrals and third parties, undertaking investigations from initial claim through to settlement. Duties will include:

• Receiving instructions from the client, implementing investigations and providing advice and guidance regarding the claims procedure
• Collation of all relevant materials and documentation for claims investigation, ensuring this is provided and acknowledged within company/third party SLAs.
• Ensuring all documentation and supporting statements contribute to the case in hand
• Assisting with fraud detection investigations, monitoring trends and providing information to management
• Ensuring all client contact meets internal or third party requirements in terms of SLA and quality
• Prioritising and managing your workload, keeping all databases, portals and systems up to date during the entire case time-line

Our client is looking for a candidate with a strong background in liability claims, ideally from the PL/EL injury arena.
You'll have a motivated, dedicated approach to work and have a strong interest in continual improvement of both yourself and the wider team.
Ability to manage and prioritise your own workload, with proven experience of cradle to grave claims investigation is essential.
An analytic and technical mind set with a sound understanding of insurance law.
Insurance qualifications are desirable, but equal consideration will also be given to those with the relevant experience.
