Life Insurance Agent - Call Centre - Working from Home

Start Date: 14th and 28th February
Glasgow Based - Temporary work from home
37.5hrs Full time
Shifts: Rotations of Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm
Salary: £10.77 p/h + Bonus! (Avg OTE £30,000)

This position is Glasgow based and so you must live within the Glasgow area to apply

I have a great opportunity to work with an experienced team in life insurance, having sales experience is a must and call centre experience is preferable.
Using the great training provided in life insurance policies to evaluate, recommend, and provide plans to customers based on their needs. This role involves communicating with customers over 50 to assess their current situation, researching products to match their needs, processing paperwork, and ensuring existing customer information is up to date. This role is well suited to people who have a strong background in sales, customer service and skills to really listen to what the customer needs.
All calls you make will be to customers who have previously connected with our life insurance policy, and you will talk customers through insurance quotes to fit their needs.

What we need
o Experienced in sales
o Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
o Computer literate with experience of MS Office
o Proven ability to juggle multiple prospects, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
