Job Description

Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our Belfast city centre client to recruit a full time and permanent Litigation Solicitor - Our client is general practice law firm based in Belfast city centre .

The person hired will be responsible for providing support to partners and carrying out any actions required, you will deal with a wide range of commercial litigation and private client matters.

Duties

Develop and maintain key and new client relationships, including attendance at appropriate client meetings
Management of service delivery and quality to key clients
Providing legal advice and guidance to clients, explaining legal matters in an understandable manner.
Conducting negotiations and representing clients in court when necessary.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including agreements, petitions, and court


Requirements:

Qualified solicitor with 2+ years of experience in litigation
Must have working experience of law in Northern Ireland
Strong advocacy, negotiation, and mediation skills
Empathetic and compassionate approach when dealing with sensitive family matters.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality work.

Role is fully office based - Monday to Friday - office hours

Salary is dependent on background - 28-30K
