Are you an experienced Litigator that can offer their expertise and assist in what will be a busy and varied practice dealing in complex civil litigation?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the company`s head office in the Liverpool city centre, you will have strong post qualifications, experience in civil litigation and be required to handle all aspects of their cases from the pre-action stage up to and including appeals, if required.

Areas of litigation that my client is looking for candidates to work within would be:

Mortgage Miscalculation
Mortgage Misselling
GDPR
Cavity Wall Insulation
Housing Disrepair
Undisclosed Commissions

Day to day duties in this role include:

Be proactive in developing and following appropriate litigation strategies both alone and as part of a team.

Managing a civil litigation caseload from inception to conclusion.

Review and create initial case plans by assessing client instructions then carrying out of review of available documentation from the outset.

Providing support and guidance of fee earners and legal professionals within the team.

Liaise with clients - advising on case prospects and take proofs of evidence that can then be used in cases.

In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills, experience or qualifications:

MUST have either a Solicitor Qualification or Cilex or Substantial Litigation Experience.

Effective use of the Case Management System.

Adherence to SLA`s and KPI`s.

Candidates must have litigation experience from commencing proceedings all the way through to trial, including attending CMC`s and making applications.
