Brook Street has an exciting opportunity for a confident and professional individual to join the Leicestershire Police for a front of house role based at Coalville Council offices.
This is a pivotal role as you will be the customer service face of this particular station, you will have to deal with internal and external stake holders and be the first point of contact. This role will also involve dealing with incoming calls to the station and distributing them to the relevant team and an element of administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will come from a front of house or face to face customer service based role, you must have a professional and calm demeanour and able to deal with a range of different requests. Experience of working within the police force or any other similar organisations will be beneficial.
This position is an initial 12 month temporary contract with the potential to be extended, the working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday (37 hours per week).
The hourly rate of pay is £9.58
Due to the nature of work, individuals must have a clear criminal record.
Please note due to the extensive vetting required, there is a 4-6 week wait between being offered and starting in the role.
