I currently have a fantastic opportunity to work for a GOOD rated learning disabilities provider in the West Midlands. They are currently recruiting for a Locality Manager to join their operations team and work alongside the current three Locality Managers to cover Sandwell, Walsall, Birmingham, and Wolverhampton.
You will join the team at operations level and work with the service managers and registered managers to grow the organisation and to continue the mission statement of leading from the front and delivering a person-centred approach to care and support.
Your duties and responsibilities as locality manager will be;
To ensure that all services are CQC compliant and to lead the CQC inspection, review audits and service plans. To develop the scheme and services managers, to perform one to ones and
appraisals, lead management meetings and report back to directors and senior management team
To be successful in this role you must hold a NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, have or be working towards your QCF Level 5 in Leadership and management. Have a good understanding of CQC and have at least 2 years' experience within management with a background in learning disabilities.
