Job Description
Our client, a logistics company based in the Wentloog/Rumney area is looking for a good allround Administrator with excellent people skills, a real team easy going and hands on character needed as you will be working in a very happy small family office, with flexibility being so important. Own transport would be ideal due to the location unless you live locally!
Duties include
- Organise consignments from one destination to another using various carriers
- Arranging same day couriers to ensure dedicated vehicles are dispatched on time to reach destinations schedules.
- Communicating with clients via phone and process any paperwork
- Accurately and efficiently enters customer requirements into the company systems
- Contacting+ customers in response to correspondence or feedback
- Maintaining excellent relationships with clients through superior customer services
- Maintaining and grow social media communications and presence via followers, develop engaging content and direct communication
- This is a permanent opportunity, working hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, flexibility on hours needed for 2 weeks a year to cover holidays. Onsite parking with the biggest benefit being working in such a happy, friendly and hands on environment with full support given from day one.
