Job Role - Logistics/Production Administrator
Location - Kings Lynn
Hours - Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:30
Pay Rate - £11.50 - £12.50
Contract - Maternity Cover

Previous experience in a logistical, production & warehousing environment is preferred. This position requires a high level of computer literacy, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Capabilities/abilities for the ideal candidate (Not all are essential but key desirable):
Understanding shipping and importation documents would be an advantage
Understanding shipping classifications.
Performing Data entry and processing production paperwork
Developing specific KPI's for production areas
Invoicing duties
Coordinating UK shipping

Skills and Qualifications Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desirable experience using MS Dynamics Navision
Excellent skills in MS office applications (Excel & word)
Handling basic bookkeeping tasks
Exceptional attention to detail
A strong team player with the abilities to work on their own accord.
Ability to work under pressure to achieve strict deadlines
Clean driving license as some inter site travel may be required
