Full time positions starting mid-December, available initially on a 12 week temporary basis, with the view to be extended to a 12 month fixed term contract.

Working as a Loss Recovery Administrator for the NHS based in city centre Newcastle.

- 37.5 hour standard working week
- Flexible working hours from 7am-6pm
- 7.5 hour working day; 30 minute unpaid lunch break with two paid 15 minute breaks
- £7.83 p/h, increasing to £8.93 after 12 weeks and £11.25 overtime rate.


Working under Deborah or Michael within the Loss Recovery team, processing either Prescription Exemptions or Dental Exemptions. Your day will be split 70:30 between dealing with queries and processing payments.

Queries may be via email or letter and will require you to check personal NHS records, update internal tracking systems, lock and unlock cases and process evidence relying on a solid framework and your own judgement.

Evolved, paid training with initial 3 days in the classroom covering the role, LMS modules and internal NHS systems. From there, 12 weeks of training with frequent up-skilling and mentoring.
