General Operator

Temp to perm after 12 weeks
Stratford Upon Avon
Night shift 7pm-7am
Shift pattern 5 on, 2 off then 5 on, 3 off.
£13ph

As a General Operator you will work as part of our client's Production team. This role will involve being cross trained to work in all areas of production across all shifts as required.

Benefits:

Night shift attendance bonus £200 pcm.
Annual performance related bonus of 3% of your basic pay (half paid in July, half paid in December)

" Responsible for all aspects of Production of our products range.
" Follow daily production plan as outlined by your supervisor or production manager.
" Daily checking on material or equipment specifications and performance requirements.
" Participate in a cross-functional teamwork environment.
" Working with hand tools, Machines and Chemicals when trained, following all safety requirements.
" Ensure accurate completion of associated paperwork/records.
" Working on own initiative regarding process/methods.
" Ensure strict adherence to all Health and Safety General Rules & Procedures
" Responsible for a high level of housekeeping in your area is adhered to at all times


Desired Skills and Experience

" Technical certificate or relevant equivalent is desirable
" Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT systems is preferable
" Strong attention to detail and good organisational, prioritisation and planning ability
