Job Description

Supervisor required to join a busy, hugely successful company based just outside of Guildford.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced CNC Machinist and able to set up different machines. Machines used are: Citizen, Traub, Mori Seki, Mazak & Chiron. Experience on using ALL of these machines is not essential, ideally you will be experienced in 3 or more.

You must be able to build strong relationships with members of the team, helping them to develop and deliver best productivity. You will be responsible for implementing changes on how things run and must be used to overcoming objections.

5 years machine experience is required as a minimum for this role.

Please note due location you will need to have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
