An overview of the role is:
Receiving maintenance queries via the website and telephone calls
Dealing with diagnosing enquiries
Helping to solve issues over the phone
Coordinating with contractors - managing job times and the visits to properties
Liaising with landlords
Dealing with the tenants and landlords closely
Posting invoices for contractors
You will have strong organisation skills and have the capability to work under pressure within a busy environment. A team player and the willingness to help others
Knowledge within property or maintenance would be highly desirable
