Job Description

Our client is a global leader in their industry looking for a maintenance and facilities administrator to join their team.

With an immediate start this is an ongoing requirement for someone who is enthusiastic, willing to learn and can bring new ideas to a growing business.

Whilst in this role your duties will include however not limited to:
Assisting the Maintenance & Facilities Lead with the administration, running and planning of the department.
Use of Infor EAM system for logging and closing of work orders, planned maintenance schedules & recording of new assets.
Organising subcontractor visits.
Organise and request all right to work paperwork and permits
Carrying out weekly site inspections collating all information and liaising information back to the team in weekly meetings.
Processing weekly timesheets.
Maintaining stationery levels and recording as required.
Setting up inductions and preparing meeting rooms for visits/ meetings.
