Maintenance Coordinator

Job Description

We have had a position arise working for a company in the centre of York. They are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join their team ASAP!

Your role will involve dealing with the day to day duties in the office to ensure that enquiries are dealt with efficiently.


-Answering & dealing with calls & visitors to the office:
-Dealing with telephone, postal and email enquiries
-Updating property information on housing management software
-Refreshing window display
-Data entry
-Diary management
-Organising viewings
-Good working knowledge needed of Microsoft Office Package
-Calling potential applicants for feedback after viewings

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 9:30 - 17:30
Saturdays 9:30am - 2.30pm (on rota - time taken as Lieu or overtime paid)

During busy periods it is often a requirement that overtime is worked. This is paid at time and a half. This can be discussed further at interview stage.

In return you will receive a salary between 18,000-19,000, a fantastic working environment, potential salary increase after probation, progression within your career.
