Working with a leading, specialised manufacturing company in the Wirral, you will be able to both set up and book in maintenance contracts and visits with suppliers alongside having the confidence to check in with clients to ensure all is okay.

A competitive basic salary of £18,000 per annum.
Working hours of Mon-Fri, 0800-1700.

Your day to day duties in this role include:
Setting up maintenance contracts and booking in maintenance visits with suppliers.
Setting up handover forms for both newly proposed and re-proposed contracts.
Checking job sheets for their manufacturing products that are used at site and then added to the specific log.
Maintaining site asset lists whilst keeping them up to date alongside allocating jobs with correct asset.
Producing log reports as and when required.
Supporting the service administrator with enquiries, engineer allocations and other ad-hoc duties.
Requesting POs from clients when required to do so.
In order to apply for this role and be considered, you MUST have the following experience:
Experience of dealing with engineers or some form of maintenance contracts with suppliers or third parties.
Experience of dealing with purchase orders.
Interested in the servicing or maintenance industry.
It would also be desirable for the right candidate to have experience of using the Clik system.
