**Temp to Perm Maintenance Assistant opportunity**

We are looking for a good property maintenance all-rounder to deliver quality and cost-effective planned and reactive maintenance services (which do not require the immediate attention of an external trades person) within a busy student accommodation site.

This is a temporary ongoing position with potential to turn into a permanent role in the future for the right candidate.

Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience in a similar role, experience of carpentry, electrics or plumbing would be advantageous.

N.B We will require you to undergo a basic DBS check to work on this site - which Brookstreet will carry out for you subject to your permission.

Working hours 40 hrs per week, 5 days bout of 7 on a shift basis between the hours of 08.00 and 20.00.

Some weekend work will be required. Saturdays will be worked on a rotating basis with a day in lieu being given where this is the case.

Weekly pay £12.82 per hour + 28 days annual leave.
