Job Description

We're expanding our business and services to fulfil all our clients needs and we need an experienced Maintenance / Handyman to pick up with our new and existing clients.
We have a hands on team based around the South London / Surrey area our Director will be found out on the road getting stuck in with the other staff on site so knows what to expect from his team when it comes to working in an enjoyable environment.
Your new role will be focused around both residential and commercial properties as we work with both a number of Property Managers and Facilities Management companies.
The role is based Monday to Friday 9-5pm but there may be occasional Saturdays here and there but only on a rare occasion.
Ideally we're after somebody with experience with maintenance that could include low level duties spread across Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical and Painting and Decorating. Due to the nature of the work it's not necessary to be qualified in all of these areas but being able to demonstrate experience and confidence would be great.
