Job title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Gloucestershire
Hours: Shifts
Salary: £48,000

My client is a leading manufacturer based in Gloucestershire.


Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:

"The continuous implementation and drive of health and safety throughout the plant at all times
"Daily safety audits on machinery and tool
"Ensuring all PPM tasks are performed to a high standard on shift
"Maintaining the workshops and production areas
"Management of a team; ensuring KPI's are met and managing underperformance
"Continuous improvement
"Organising immediate solutions for problems on shift in your department

Maintenance Manager skills and Experience required:

"HNC or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.
"Knowledge and experience of managing in a manufacturing environment.
"Strong organisational / planning skills and the ability to problem solve
"Ability to make decisions when complex issues arise and inform the correct parties
